Dr. Drew Pinsky tests 200 celebrities using the Narcissism Personality Inventory and finds that celebrities for the most part are a bunch of narcissists and attention whores. Big surprise huh?
Dr. Drew, that guy from the Loveline radio show, and his partner, a psychologist, had 200 celebrities who had appeared on the show complete the psychological questionairre know as the Narcissism Personality Inventory.
As much as I think psychology is full of shit and merely scientism applied to mind and behavior, It was interesting and humorous to see that by psychology's estimate celebrities are overwhelmingly narcissistic.
Dr. Drew also found that celebritie's narcissism is inversely related to the amount of real life skills that they posess.
Celebrity interviewees who took the NPI include Jessica Simpson, Jim Carrey, and Rene Zwellinger (did I spell that right?).
