Winbinder LIBMYSQL.dll not found SOLVED!

Upon first running an application with Winbinder, I was greeted with the following error message:

"The application has failed to start because LIBMYSQL.dll was not found. Re-installing the application my fix the problem."

Of course I was anxious to get Winbinder working and I'll cut to the chase; the solution for the problem is below.

1. Download the file libmysql.dll
2. Copy the libmysql.dll file to the "C:\WINDOWS\system32" directory

After that, everything works for me. 

I'm really excited to learn Winbinder. I have years of experience with PHP, but none with common languages used to create desktop applications. Winbinder looks like the answer to my Windows programming ideas.
